Katchuwei Part 2 Making friends and influencing people I’m playing this solo, so I have put together a number of cards and unit generators to control the setup and initial reactions of the African forces, I, of course, will be controlling the Stryker Company. Game Brief: 1 st Platoon is making contact with a local faction, the Marambe.   They are in control of the nearest town to the Katchuwei International Airport (Stryker Companies HQ location), to make contact the Company CO, Captain Ramirez, must have a sit down with the Marambe Warlord and agree terms of any alliance with him.   At the point 1 st Platoon enter the town of Marambe the response to the US is unknown. Katchuwei  A 6mm Campaign Game  I have always been fascinated by Africa, at least from a military standpoint.  It has always struck me as a strange country, poor troops, with poor equipment, often fighting against other poor troops with poor equipment, or, just as likely, small, but highly trained and highly efficient mercenary units. So when i bought a 6mm Stryker Company from GHQ i decided that its first outing would be set in the jungles and savannahs of Africa, against rebels, militias, African regulars and mercenaries, all fielding obsolete Russian kit or "state of the art" French armour against one of my favourite weapon systems, the Stryker.
